Virtual Showings : Tour Houses Without Leaving Home
We recognize that in-person property tours may not be possible in your area right now, and many of you are practicing strict social distancing recommendations. Therefore, our agents are now able to lead you on virtual video tours – during which you can explore the homes and ask questions along the way. If you are interested in a virtual showing, or experiencing a virtual open house, we will set up a time when you’re available for the video call through a video chat service such as FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
In some rare cases you may want a virtual tour of a property where the seller cannot let anybody into their home at all because of tight restrictions or health concerns. But we will work closely with the seller and listing agent in order to find a solution, such as virtual tour hosted by the seller themselves.
