Tom Roth is adventurous by nature. He loves to meet people and tackle new challenges. This led to an impressive, widely varied background. Graduating with a Batchelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Hospitality Management from University of Wisconsin-Stout, Tom’s career began with a 9-month internship with Walt Disney World! After joining Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Tom eventually transitioned into managing the real estate portfolio for The Ritz-Carlton Club in South Florida. More recently, Tom was the Managing Director of the worldwide real estate portfolio for the largest luxury destination club in the world, Inspirato. His work there focused on the development of luxury real estate resorts throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
COUNTRY CLUB TO CONDOS
Tom is demonstrably an expert in county club life. To begin with, he’s an avid golfer. His commitment to the sport has given him an intimate knowledge of membership information beyond golf, including pickleball, cards, and all the amenities. Having familiarity with all the clubs in the Northern Palm Beaches ensures that clients are matched with the country club that precisely fits their lifestyle. Tom’s experience at Walt Disney World and The Ritz-Carlton Club has helped him understand hospitality and customer service to the highest level. Tom also partners with his wife Andrea Roth, the #1 real estate agent for condos in Jupiter and Juno Beach. Her expertise has given him an added edge as many buyers and sellers move back and forth between the clubs and condos.

Tom treats the Roth Team as a business–an ethos not often found in residential real estate. His years traveling worldwide in corporate America taught him to empathize and stay financially savvy, while remaining open minded. He knows how to find common ground. MIDWEST ROOTS
Growing up in Iowa and The Midwest, where a strong work ethic was just a way of life, set Tom on his career path. Tom had great role models as his Mom was an administrator for an elementary school and his Dad was the executive director for a nonprofit. The Roth’s have three kids from 14 to 19 years of age. Connor, Austyn and Jake all have grown up here in Florida and they are very close. Tom has always loved to travel the world and does so now with Andrea and the kids. They got married in Santorini, Greece, and besides Greece being on top of the travel list of favorites, they especially love France and Spain when they travel to Europe and Riviera Maya and Los Cabos in Mexico, along with the Caribbean when wanting to stay closer to South Florida. The Roth’s ski every year during spring break at Beaver Creek or Vail. Why do the Roth’s love Florida? Golf, pickleball, running, beach walks, paddle boarding and just anything outdoors! Tom cooks and appreciates fine wines (drinking them and not letting them collect too much dust in the cellar). Having Andrea as a business and life partner makes everything that much more enjoyable!
