About Nicole
PATIENCE
Before Real Estate, Nicole sold just about everything. However, it was working in the Palm Beach County School District that has helped her the most in her real estate career. “When my kids were school-aged, I worked in their elementary school for 6 years so I could be close to them and their teachers. This was the first time I was in a field that wasn’t sales but instead was working with children, primarily on the autism spectrum. It was life changing! I learned so much about patience and compassion as well as understanding that each child is unique with their own individual skills and personality. The same applies with all people. I definitely became a much more empathetic person which is invaluable in real estate as well as in life, in general.” Having lived in Palm Beach Gardens for over 22 years, Nicole is also a bona-fide expert in the local communities and their school districts.
EXPECT FOLLOW-UP
One thing about Nicole is that you can guarantee you will hear from her. Many realtors don’t have a background in sales; Nicole is the other way around and it’s why she’s so good. Nicole started her sales career in college selling magazines and continued that path selling everything from telecommunications to most recently selling medical equipment all over the world in the regenerative medicine field. Nicole always believes in the product or service she is selling and puts her customer first. Follow-up and building relationships is her strength. Anyone who has worked with Nicole knows she is honest and trustworthy. “Integrity is so important to me; I treat others how I would like to be treated.”
INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION
Nicole originally wanted to be in finance like her father but graduated with a degree in Business Management. “My father’s career was primarily in fleet financing and my mother was a nurse who chose to stay home for many years to take care of the family. Both of my parents worked hard and worked together as a team. They both had a strong work ethic and instilled that in me.” As a management major, Nicole learned the rules of management and her favorite to this day is ‘Individual Consideration.’ “I was a very young assistant manager at a national telemarketing company while I learned this rule and it was a big a-ha moment for me. At the time, I thought a good manager treated everyone the same to be fair, but I learned it’s ok to consider each individual’s specific needs on a professional and personal level. I have applied this rule throughout my life with my three children, clients, and people I meet in general.”
HIDDEN TALENTS
“I love to cook and bake. I started out collecting cookbooks and recipes and at one time I had over 140 cookbooks in my collection!” Nicole has a passion for learning new skills and is always researching random topics online to help expand her long list of hidden talents. Nicole also enjoys drawing and painting, as it allows her to relax and explore her creative side, and going to the gym and working out. “I love any kind of activity which involves exercise, especially outdoors. One of my favorite things to do is hiking and being in nature.” She likes to travel and immerse herself in the local culture. Nicole is a people person and believes she can learn something from everyone she meets. “Once I make a friend, they are usually a friend for life.” We bet working with Nicole will make you friends for life, too!
