Years ago, Hertz Rental Car ran an ad campaign, "When you're only No. 2, you try harder," went the new tagline. "Or else." Well, one thing is for sure, the work ethic of Lauren Hertz is on par with that campaign. Lauren is a worker! She can remain calm under pressure and prides herself on being able to move a deal forward easily, resulting in favorable outcomes for all parties involved. Lauren will educate her clients and help them out to make the process as easy as possible. Lauren's attitude to educating her clients results in positive outcomes, and she has a reputation for putting her clients first!
ABOVE THE CROWD
Lauren has been in South Florida since 2002 and has resided in Stuart, Hutchinson Island, and presently in Jensen Beach. She knows the Treasure Coast like the back of her hand. Originally from Western Pennsylvania Lauren moved to the Mainline outside of Philadelphia... Her father was the President of their small-town bank until he retired, at which point he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. After she and her sisters graduated from high school, her mother and father both went into Real Estate and formed a team in Western Pennsylvania. Because she saw how much they enjoyed bringing people together, she decided to become an agent when her kids were older. In every way, her parents inspired her. She gained a certain set of skills from her dad being in banking and learned a lot about negotiating large contracts. Her mother is her greatest source of inspiration. While her father worked outside the home, her mother was instrumental in shaping her sisters and her into the trustworthy individuals that they are now.
EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS
Prior to entering Real Estate, Lauren went straight to work in the travel industry. This taught her how to best serve a wide range of people with different personalities and requirements. Her work ethic and daily interactions come from the golden rule - “Treat others the way you want to be treated”. This drives Lauren to succeed and get things done right!
A TRADITION OF TRUST
Lauren Hertz has been passionate about Real Estate since her earliest years. She has sold homes from Ft. Pierce down to Palm Beach Gardens. Lauren always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in Real Estate. Passionate about Real Estate investment, Lauren is an active investor in emerging Real Estate markets and shares this knowledge and experience to assist and educate aspiring investors with their goals. Real Estate has so many variables from understanding valuations, negotiations, product knowledge, marketing, listening, and follow up.
