A HEAD START
As the old saying goes, “The early bird gets the worm.” Jason Ramotar got into business early in his life. Starting at the tender age of twenty, Jason had owned his very own trucking business. This led to him gaining a vast amount of experience and knowledge in sales, as he dealt with all kinds of people in all sorts of different locations. More importantly though, Jason was exposed to a wide variety of homes—moving peoples’ belongings into trucks requires taking them out of a house first, after all, doesn’t it? As a result of this decade-and-a-half long endeavor, Jason gained an immense amount of skills early on, including the art of being a master negotiator.
THE MOVING PROCESS
Jason’s ten years of experience in trucking also gave him a vast understanding of how the moving process itself works. For him, this proves invaluable in the Real Estate field. Jason is not only an expert of the Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast areas. He also understands what you are going through when you are dealing with the headache of moving. Whether you are moving into a new forever home, or you are preparing to leave your old home, Jason will make sure you get to where you need to be. He will not stop moving until you are moved out—or in!
SELF MOTIVATED
Jason just makes it happen. It has always been that way with him. Jason lives by the mantra of “Just do it.” At the end of the day, the only person who will be there to motivate Jason one-hundred percent of the time is himself. “I got my work ethic from myself,” says Jason. Even when Jason was a young boy, his parents never had to ask him to complete a task, as he had already done it. Jason is a doer because he likes seeing you happy. Nothing will put a bigger grin on your face than when you can finally open the door to the home of your dreams AND close it behind you since it’s yours! Jason recognizes that in order for you to be able to close the door and enjoy your new home, he must close the deal. Closing the deal requires a doer, and that’s exactly who Jason is!
MAMBA MENTALITY
It is no secret that Jason is an avid basketball fan. His childhood hero is the late Kobe Bryant. Like Bryant, Jason has also adopted what is known as the “Mamba Mentality!” To have a “Mamba Mentality” is to not just focus on achieving a goal, but to also embrace the journey and steps needed to get there, and to concentrate on hard work in places where it matters most. For Jason, adopting a Mamba Mentality has translated beautifully into the world of Real Estate. Each listing is more than just a goal.
