Howard Freedland is a man on a mission. His first stop out of college was the big city of Chicago where within the first 2 weeks of moving there he met his wife, went to his first Cubs game, and began his first job at a prestigious and world renowned wine retailer. Right away, he had a sense of ownership and accomplishment to stand on his own two feet. Not only did he learn life skills and work harder than he ever had in his entire life, he also connected with people who inspired him to always treat your work like an artistic masterpiece bearing your name. Fast forward over 20 years in Palm Beach County, and Howard Freedland is someone you will love getting to know. He talks to everyone. He knows everyone. When he worked in the wine industry, he had a specific encounter with a winemaker who came up to him with so much passion about the work she was producing that he wanted the product because of the passion. That is what Howard is all about. Working at the highest level he can be extremely passionate about what he is producing, providing a real experience for everyone involved.
SPACE ORGANIZING YOUR HOME
In 2000, Howard moved his family and worked with his parents at their company named Space Organizers. Part retail store (think a small Container Store) and part working for builders and creating custom built-ins for homes and families. A big lesson that Howard learned from his Dad is that the only thing you wake up with in the morning is your integrity. Integrity means not only hard work, but work done right, honestly, and to the best of your ability for all parties involved. Lucky for us, Howard caught the Real Estate bug! From his experience working in space organization, Howard truly understands how to visualize spaces and understands costs better than anyone. Echo Fine Properties owner, Jeff Lichtenstein knew Howard would be a perfect addition to the Echo pod. Howard believes that when opportunity approaches you, it's a gift. THE DAD LIFE
As Ferris Bueller says, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while you could miss it.” Howard and his wife, Tracey, have two sons, Jared and Ben, both of whom are currently in university. In his family, he instills an attitude to never ever be afraid to try your hardest at everything. The Freedland family is very active within the community with martial arts and volunteering. He is very honest with his family about his challenges and successes that come in life. This allows him to face problems and overcome them. Howard has a sense of humor as well with the segment on his Facebook page called the Daily Report (also a podcast) where he posts bits of hopeful cynicism, using comedy to connect with people. Howard is an amazing communicator and active listener, and he is committed to keep improving his skills, as it is a life-long pursuit.
