One of the best parts of working with Cherisse is her accent. She is from Trinidad & Tobago and her voice is just fantastic. It also matches her personality and professionalism. Some of Cherisse’s native sayings will pop out from time to time. Mum instead of Mom. Waaahta instead of water. And if she asks you “Let’s Go Lime”, it’s not political, it just means let’s go hang out! You’ll also find Cherisse is honest, open, and hard-working. Cherisse worked in the Banking industry for 11 years prior to 18 years of Real Estate experience in Trinadad and Tobago before moving to the United States. Banking was most beneficial as it taught her how to deal with different personality types and to have patience and understanding of someone’s needs and wants. It also taught her a lot about work ethics. As a child, Cherisse dreamed of going into the mental health field. She loves & understands people, and this gift is something she uses out in the field to help understand her clients’ needs. She has everyone’s best interests at heart always, and her great relationships with other Realtors is used to her and your advantage in getting everyone what they want in negotiations.

For over a decade Cherisse was the go-to Realtor in Trinidad and Tobago completing a large volume of transactions each year. People work with Cherisse because of her deep knowledge of the industry. MUM AND DAD
Back to her Mum. Cherisse’s parents were instrumental in shaping the person she is today. “Mum taught me to be ethical, hardworking, and kind to everyone. My dad was an insurance underwriter for General Insurance. My parents were the greatest influence in my life. They instilled the values of morals, Integrity, good ethics, proper manners and to treat people with respect and courtesy no matter who they are or what level of society. They taught me the value of family and to always help others if in the position to do so. My dad was my biggest inspiration. Despite all the setbacks he experienced in life, he always had a positive attitude. He never let anything knock him down. He was always humble and kind and would do without quietly to make sure his family had what they needed. He was always willing to help someone in need and never expected anything in return.
