No Cesar was not named after the salad. Both his Grandfather and Father were also named Cesar; however, like a salad……Cesar has a mixture of ingredients that he brings to the table. Seeking a world where there is no limit on growth, Cesar Fernandez came into the world of Real Estate ready to push these limits even further. With over 10 years of sales experience, Cesar is a professional at negotiations and making deals that matter to his clients. Cesar was raised in the Dominican Republic and was faced with an opportunity at the early age of 12 to leave behind everything that he had known to move to Florida with his sister. This was when Cesar became the opportunity seeker and resilient hard worker he is today. He was put into school where classes were taught in English while he was learning the language and persevered to excel. The growth mindset has always been ingrained in Cesar’s mind.
GOING OVER MOUNTAINS
As a mountain biker, Cesar is always going up and down hills— pushing on to get in front of the biker in front of him. Similarly, in Real Estate, Cesar pushes through and stays consistent. Cesar is very established within the North Palm Beaches and West Palm Beach area as he has lived here since 2001. Through his hardworking and considerate nature, Cesar will listen to all of your needs and goals and find the perfect deal for you, going over the mountains to get you what you need.
RELENTLESS WARRIOR
His biggest goal is simple: getting you the best that you can achieve, in order for optimal growth. These same goals stem from the ones Cesar has set for himself personally to be able to provide for his family the same things that he was once provided for. With his mother as his biggest inspiration as a warrior with incredible humility, dedication, and a relentless desire to learn while leading the family he grew up in, he learned how to do the same. He will relentlessly work for you.
