Barry wasn’t just a Marine. He is so much more! He has worked for the country’s largest home builder constructing luxury executive homes and has flipped numerous homes. His expertise is making improvements in functionality and curb appeal and returning homes to the community as valued assets. Barry also has a formal education and corporate experience in operations and system analysis - in other words he’s exceptional at making sense of the numbers and helping the client get the best deal when selling or buying Real Estate in a rapidly changing environment.
WHAT A GREAT OPPOR-TUNA-TY!
When Barry was in high school, he took architectural drawing classes and always loved different types of architecture such as American Craftsman, Art Deco, Prairie, Spanish, and Bungalow. He made his first real estate purchase in his 20s and when it came time to move, he kept the condo and entered the world of residential rental properties. Barry loves to fish in his down time. When he was nine, his grandmother took him fishing at a small Ohio Lake using only a cane pole and some nightcrawlers, which sparked his joy for fishing. One of his favorite fishing escapes was with 2 of his mentors in northern Minnesota. They hiked and canoed for half a day to get to their fishing spot. “I caught the most fish. Wasn't really a win though, since they were nearly 75 years old, they made me carry much of their equipment. Maybe that's why they asked me to join them in the first place!”
JUSTICE IS SERVED
The ocean, the beaches, and the water activities...what’s not to love about this area?! Barry knows the Palm Beaches very well. His years of service have made him honorable and trustworthy.
