AVIVA CAN RELATE TO ANYONE
Aviva is originally from a small town on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. She liked the outdoors and mountains. But Florida’s nature, tropical plants and foliage, and beach is something she truly loves. She is excellent at painting a picture and this helps when it comes to staging and visualization. Her parents were very adventurous, and they imparted that on her growing up. “We’ve traveled around the world together and got to experience many different cultures. We saw how other people live and operate in at least 30 countries. Our family certainly knows how to work hard and play hard!” This helps Aviva relate to just about anyone and gives her an edge in negotiation and in understanding other people.
SOMMELIER
Aviva is a Sommelier and has worked in sales in the wine industry. She enjoys small wineries and has had opportunities to wear many hats including “getting her hands dirty” making wine. The dedication it takes to learn specific regions, is just like Real Estate. Real Estate takes dedication, focus and patience just like creating the perfect wine does. Aviva is competitive with herself and wants to do the best for each and every client to acquire their perfect home or sell at top dollar. It’s part of the reason she loves Real Estate - the individual story of each of her clients. “I’ve always enjoyed sales and building relationships with people. Real Estate is a great combination of these two things. Home is where the heart is. It’s where family time is spent, kids grow up, community is made. It’s a long-term investment both financially and emotionally and I get to be part of someone’s story by helping them buy their home.”

Aviva loves that there’s always something going on in South Florida. “You can catch a game, concert, theater show, whatever you enjoy.” She takes in the nature here and particularly the tropical plants and beaches. Aviva and her daughter Isabella, take advantage of the outdoors, and enjoy being creative. Residing in Boca Raton, she knows the Southern Palm Beaches like the back of her hand.
