As a licensed social worker, Adam Bendeson has been working with people his entire life managing a complex group of 350 staff and making sure his agency was an inviting and welcoming place for all in the community. He has negotiated with federal, state, and local governments about grants, building departments for variances, vendors, unions, and general contractors just to name a few. Coming from a single mother home, which is where his social work interest was sparked, Adam learned at a very young age about grit and determination and how it takes a village to move a mountain. He is constantly using his skills to help people with the steps to manage stressful situations. FROM FLIPS FLOPS IN SNOW TO SAND
Adam was born and raised in New York and it was always his goal to move to South Florida. Adam’s neighbors caught a glimpse of him snow blowing his driveway in shorts and flip flops and knew he was destined for a more tropical setting. Adam’s late wife taught him the value of living for today, loving where you live, and appreciating those who surround you. He loves the proximity to the beaches and the endless amounts of restaurants, fantastic weather (no snow), and water sports.

Keeping in contact is one of Adam’s strongpoints. For many years he was involved in the not-for-profit community managing a staff of hundreds and constantly keeping in contact with donors in order to raise funds for different programs, which helped him sharpen his communication skills. He knows how to talk with people and understands the ultimate goal at the end of the day! Adam is always challenging himself to do better and cement himself as one of the best in the business.

My husband and I decided it was time to go South for the winter in order to escape the cold weather up North where we live full time. I was referred to Adam Bendeson by his agency - Echo Fine Properties. I flew down to look at possible homes and neighborhoods and met with Adam who introduced himself as a “full-service” agent who would and could handle it all. He did.
After just 3 days during 3 different trips to Florida, he found us the perfect location and house. His involvement didn’t stop there. Whatever I asked of him was done! He never said no to anything whether it was advice or execution of what I needed and most of all accurate follow-up and communication. He went above and beyond what I had even imagined. Full service doesn’t begin to describe his competence, his taste level, his attention to detail and the assistance I received. He was on top of the entire process, from the offering to the contract to the closing (and he had great negotiating skills.) With my being out of town for the inspection, appraisals and closing, he stepped in and was there to oversee everything.
